The terrorists - literally an experts in inducing terror - were members of the secret organization called Ghost Cell during the Cold War. Their primary specialization within organization were implement methods of control through fear both among civilian population and enemy military ranks. Usually they were selected from most physically large and visually intimidating recruits. Naturally, they were experts in various fire-based weapons, including flamethrowers, fire bombs and grenades. Despite their skills and training, they were all killed when Imperial Intelligence agent Cipher Nine infiltrated Ghost cell's secret base at the Dune Sea on the planet Tatooine with a task to eliminate the organization.
